I wrote this song while teaching, had a nice piano in my classroom. Its about a fellow who has been sailing a very long time, far from home. It is of course a dark and stormy night. As he is thinking of his love, who waits back home for him in the Green Green Hills of his homeland, he sees a star, and follows its light towards her, and home....
