The seventh, formed in 1998, has found it's current form around april 2004 after years of struggling with line-up changes. They are known to bring a blend of melody mixed with death and even some black metal influences. At the moment they are building up a steady live-performance and a good underground fan-base. The release of their first mini-cd "Only blackness radiates" aims at reaching a bigger crowd. Aiming to become a great live-band and to entertain people with their aggresive, yet melodic metal is the main concern of the band and they will continue with this goal in the future. Working on new material is part of it and a next release might be here rather sooner then later.
On the third of october The seventh heard the terrible news that bass-player Peter W. had chosen to end his life so that had big consequences for the band as they lost not only a great bassplayer, but also a true friend. At this moment the band has been put on hold, but they'll be striking back starting in 2006 and will dedicate all the efforts to Peter. With the new bassplayer, Gert O., they are working on new material to be released on the masses next year! and it will be blasting your shoes off! Be prepared, the slaughter isn't over yet!
