that sounds amazing! but I have only heard of two types, the hammered, and the mountain dulcimers I got the impression that hammered were all open strings and that mountain dulcimer (sounds like a bird or something) only had three strings.
this is probably more to do with my lack of dulcimer knowledge :P (i've never even played one) but you could understand why I might find it weird you would have two people on three strings!
