No, no, no... We have a problem here :P
An arpeggio, unless I'm wrong, is when you pick every note that forms a chord, while the previous one is still ringing. A chord is when you play at least 3 notes at the same time (although powerchords are considered chords but play only two :P ). The major chords are formed with the 1st, 3rd and 5th note of the scale.
I'm not sure what a pitzicato is, unless it's a way to play, like staccato.
