2006-06-30 Spiral Dragon: do you have itunes? if you run it through that it will change it to Mp3 format then you can resave it. It works for me...

2006-07-02 Vintage Rhymes and Valentines: When your in garage band hit 'save as' and then select save as MP3. Also, maybe they'll be an action called render new track and it'll bounce all the tracks you've created into a new one. I don't use GB though I use Acid Pro.
